Return Policy

1. Make sure that the item wasn't worn or used, and isn't damaged as a result of your neglect, and the product packaging is not damaged or missing, and the item is not H2Ocean as it is not returnable.

2. Kindly note that we do not process any exchanges. You are welcome to ship your qualifying return back to us, and we will refund its cost. However, if you need something else (different size, color, style, etc), you will have to place a new order.
